ResourcesMy Travel Toolkit

For the Body

The tools, tech & rituals I travel with

This is what keeps me travelling further, feeling better and staying in my highest state anywhere in the world. I've spent almost a decade keeping myself optimised on the road, so what you'll find here isn't theory. It's the personal toolkit I've landed on after years of biohacking and honest trial and error, shared so you don't have to waste money testing as many options as I did. Where you see a code, consider it my gift to you <3

P.S. New to optimising your wellbeing? Start small. No need to feel overwhelmed. One change at a time is enough.

With love & travel-spiration xx,

Travel Health & Wellbeing

The essentials that keep me well in transit: mind, body and energy field.

Brain.fm logoBf

Brain.fm

1-month free trial

My favourite functional music app, which I use daily to shift my brain state.

It comes with relaxation, focus and sleep modes. I use sleep mode in the evening to fall asleep more easily, and focus mode for deep work on planes. The soundscapes are built with neuroscience to gently guide your brain into the state you want.

Aires Tech logoAt

Aires Tech

25% off

One of my secret weapons for staying optimised on flights, where the dirty EMF load is heaviest.

This isn't an EMF blocker. Rather than simply blocking, it modulates chaotic EMF into a form your body handles far more easily, backed by EEG studies and 25+ clinical trials. It's trusted enough that Fiji Airways chose Aires to become the world's first EMF-friendly airline.

Compression Socks (2XU)

My favourite affordable hack: if you don't already wear compression socks on flights, you're missing out.

Short haul or long haul, they keep your blood moving and your legs fresh on travel days. I wear 2XU, an Australian brand, and look for the bamboo charcoal material for comfort and odour control. Not an affiliate, I just genuinely like them.

My go-to entry point for light hygiene, and the best travel eye mask I've ever tested.

My premium pick for blue and junk-light defence, engineered by Dave Asprey, the father of biohacking.

The Daylights use photochromic lenses that adapt automatically, blocking 75% of blue light indoors and 99% of UVA/UVB outdoors, so one pair takes you from screen to storefront to sunshine. The Twilights are for deep evening wind-down.

Oura Ring

Personal referral

The sleep tracker I've been wearing every day since 2021 with their Gen 1 ring.

While teaching body intelligence, I also LOVE quantifying my sleep stages, readiness, HRV and more into valuable insights I can act on, especially across time zones. I prefer it over Whoop and the Apple Watch because it's the least intrusive to wear in bed, and finger readings capture blood flow more accurately than the wrist. Not a paid affiliate, just a referral I share with friends.

Apollo Neuro

Coming soon

A wearable I'm genuinely excited about for gently retraining your nervous system toward calm, focus and deeper sleep.

It uses soothing vibration to help you shift state, whether you're winding down before bed, settling after a long-haul flight or dropping into focus. I'm in the middle of applying to partner with them, so watch this space.

Cellular Upgrade+

Cellular nutrition and hydration, the daily foundation for energy, recovery and longevity.

USANA logoUs

USANA Supplements

Official brand partner

My daily foundation for energy, recovery and longevity on the road, and the brand I love enough to become an official partner.

USANA (which means “true health” in Greek) is the nutrition brand I trust above any other. After years of wasting money on supplements that didn't hold up, I landed on these: they own their own manufacturing (around 95% of brands don't), hold patented cellular-nutrition technology, and are trusted by hundreds of Olympic and world-class athletes. The link opens my own USANA store, one of my wellness businesses, so you're buying direct. Together, they're my daily upgrade for energy, longevity and recovery on the road.

What's in my daily pack
  • 🧬 HealthPak — grab-and-go multivitamin sachets made for life on the move.
  • 💛 BiOmega (omega-3) — the one everyone knows they need, made pure enough I actually trust it. Most omega-3s on the shelf are contaminated with heavy metals and you'd never know. (Trust me, I've done my HTMA test before and didn't like what I found from other brands.) USANA's quality control is world-class: independently verified and rigorously tested.
  • ⚡ CoQuinone (CoQ10) — the one I recommend most for a real energy lift. Your body makes less of it with age, and unless you're eating serious amounts of organ meat like beef heart, food alone won't top you up. A well-studied edge among elite and pro athletes, do your own research here. The biggest difference I feel is in my martial arts practice.
  • 🌿 Stress Relief — my travel staple for evening flights and the wind-down after a day of switching hotels and long commutes. A favourite Ayurvedic blend with ashwagandha to settle the nervous system back down.
  • ✨ Celavive — cellular-nutrition skincare for travel-stressed skin.

Molecular Hydrogen Institute Certified

The coolest biotech water bottle you'll often see me carrying, and the MHI-certified H₂ device I trust to travel with.

Since I upgraded to drinking Molecular hydrogen (H₂), it's been a game-changer. If you haven't heard of H₂ before yet, it's the smallest molecule in existence, sometimes nicknamed the “God molecule”, and more than 2,000 scientific publications have explored its potential therapeutic use. Research is looking at antioxidant balance, inflammation, cellular protection, mitochondrial energy and muscle fatigue. The science got my attention, but how I feel is why I carry this travel-size device everywhere with me: more energy, clearer focus, faster recovery and less inflammation, especially when I'm travelling or training.

A note on investment

This is one of the bigger investments on this page, so I won't pretend it's just another water bottle. For me, it earns its place because hydration is a daily foundation, not an occasional biohack. The adult body is roughly 60% water, and upgrading something I use every day made more sense than buying another gadget that stays at home. The research is promising and still developing, so explore it for yourself and decide whether it fits your own wellbeing journey.
