UsUSANA Supplements
Official brand partner
My daily foundation for energy, recovery and longevity on the road, and the brand I love enough to become an official partner.
USANA (which means “true health” in Greek) is the nutrition brand I trust above any other. After years of wasting money on supplements that didn't hold up, I landed on these: they own their own manufacturing (around 95% of brands don't), hold patented cellular-nutrition technology, and are trusted by hundreds of Olympic and world-class athletes. The link opens my own USANA store, one of my wellness businesses, so you're buying direct. Together, they're my daily upgrade for energy, longevity and recovery on the road.
What's in my daily pack
- 🧬 HealthPak — grab-and-go multivitamin sachets made for life on the move.
- 💛 BiOmega (omega-3) — the one everyone knows they need, made pure enough I actually trust it. Most omega-3s on the shelf are contaminated with heavy metals and you'd never know. (Trust me, I've done my HTMA test before and didn't like what I found from other brands.) USANA's quality control is world-class: independently verified and rigorously tested.
- ⚡ CoQuinone (CoQ10) — the one I recommend most for a real energy lift. Your body makes less of it with age, and unless you're eating serious amounts of organ meat like beef heart, food alone won't top you up. A well-studied edge among elite and pro athletes, do your own research here. The biggest difference I feel is in my martial arts practice.
- 🌿 Stress Relief — my travel staple for evening flights and the wind-down after a day of switching hotels and long commutes. A favourite Ayurvedic blend with ashwagandha to settle the nervous system back down.
- ✨ Celavive — cellular-nutrition skincare for travel-stressed skin.

Molecular Hydrogen Institute Certified
The coolest biotech water bottle you'll often see me carrying, and the MHI-certified H₂ device I trust to travel with.
Since I upgraded to drinking Molecular hydrogen (H₂), it's been a game-changer. If you haven't heard of H₂ before yet, it's the smallest molecule in existence, sometimes nicknamed the “God molecule”, and more than 2,000 scientific publications have explored its potential therapeutic use. Research is looking at antioxidant balance, inflammation, cellular protection, mitochondrial energy and muscle fatigue. The science got my attention, but how I feel is why I carry this travel-size device everywhere with me: more energy, clearer focus, faster recovery and less inflammation, especially when I'm travelling or training.
A note on investment
This is one of the bigger investments on this page, so I won't pretend it's just another water bottle. For me, it earns its place because hydration is a daily foundation, not an occasional biohack. The adult body is roughly 60% water, and upgrading something I use every day made more sense than buying another gadget that stays at home. The research is promising and still developing, so explore it for yourself and decide whether it fits your own wellbeing journey.
